Class 4 – Working within the Attachment Weave: Creating a Frame for SE Sessions

I invite you to join me in this exciting opportunity to delve deeper together into the interpersonal field so central to effective SE practice.

This 2013 quarterly class series will focus on weaving SE more fluidly into the work we practice. These classes will be appropriate for every level of SEP/SE student – providing support to meet the challenges we face as we encounter real and often complex clients in our practice.

The intention will be to flesh out topics identified during the SE training in order to create a greater context for the SE process, focusing on the elements of interpersonal neurobiology, self and interactive regulation, developmental trauma, boundaries, and working within the attachment field. We will build relational-focused somatic skills to support our SE development and mastery.

This class series will be organized as a seminar. Each class will focus on delving into the theory of the specific topic, relevant exercises, focused practice, clinical consultation, and group discussion. There will also be an emphasis on SE community building, as well as supporting our personal and community efforts at expanding SE throughout Northern California.

Please register early as the class size will be limited to support optimal learning via social engagement.
